Preparing for the Onsite Interview
Okay, you have done your research and have scheduled in person interviews- What do you do now?
Prepare the property for the interview:
DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY: Estate Sale professionals will advise on which items should be include in the sale. Pink Lady Liquidation sells ALL items including but not limited to the following:
Household products such as cleaning supplies; Furniture; Stamps & Coins; Maps; Antiques; Lamps and Lighting equipment; Cameras and Photography equipment; Fine and Decorative; Art Kitchen items such as dishes, cookware, Tupperware, non expired food; Sterling silver and jewelry; Rugs; Lawn care, Outdoor structures as play sets and sheds; Patio sets; Garage items and tools; Clothing & shoes; Brick a brac; Collectibles; Automobiles, boats and trailers. The list goes on and on!
It is also very important to know which items would be included in the sale and which you would like to keep. This is essential so we can properly assess the property in order to determine if a successful sale is a viable option. Most reputable companies will provide a referral list of clean out companies and charitable organizations if a sale is not the best route.

Sale dates are determined during the onsite consultation and contract signing. Staffing needs will be determined once we are familiar will the total foot print of the house.
How long after the sale will I be paid?
You will be paid immediately upon completion of the sale in CASH! We only accept cash as a form of payment as checks and credit card transactions can be cancelled by the buyer. If you are an out of state client a certified bank check will be mailed to you.
What happens to items at the end of Sale?
We do not provide clean out services at the end of the sale, as we feel it is a conflict of interest. However, we have an extensive referral network of charitable organizations and amazing clean-out companies.
